Privacy Policy for BunnyTrail

Effective date: August 2, 2026  ·  Last updated: August 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Fraqtl Systems LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game BunnyTrail (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

We designed BunnyTrail to collect as little as possible. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, or precise location.

1. Information collected through advertising

BunnyTrail is free and supported by ads. We use Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google LLC, to show rewarded and interstitial ads. To serve, cap, and measure those ads, Google's advertising SDK may collect and process:

This information is collected by Google, not by us, and is governed by Google's own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses data. We do not receive or store this data ourselves in an identifiable form.

We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, precise GPS location, photos, contacts, health data, or financial/payment details.

2. App Tracking Transparency (Apple ATT)

On Apple devices, the App asks for your permission before allowing the advertising identifier (IDFA) to be used for tracking, using Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

3. Consent for users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we present a consent message using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before ads are personalized, as required by GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive. You may grant or refuse consent, and you can revisit your choice from within the App or your device settings.

4. Information stored on your device

Your game progress — levels completed, stars, lives, boosters, streaks, and settings — is stored locally on your device (in standard app storage). It is not transmitted to us and is removed if you delete the App.

5. How information is used

Information collected through the advertising SDK is used to:

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Children's privacy

BunnyTrail is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). It is not published in Apple's Kids Category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will address it.

7. Data retention and security

We do not maintain our own servers of user data for this App. Data processed by Google for advertising is retained and secured according to Google's policies. On-device data persists until you delete the App or clear its data.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Because we do not ourselves hold identifiable personal data about you, most such requests are handled through the controls above (ATT, GDPR consent) and directly with Google. You may also contact us using the details below and we will assist where we are able.

To opt out of personalized advertising, you can:

9. Third-party services

The App relies on the following third parties, each with its own privacy policy:

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at this URL. Material changes will be reflected before they take effect.
