Acceptable use

No one may be imitated without their consent

Don’t make an ad that shows or imitates a real person, their face, body or voice, without their permission. Don’t make it look as if a real person or organisation endorses something they don’t.

No fake testimonials or reviews

Don’t invent customer testimonials, reviews, ratings, awards or endorsements and present them as real.

• Fraqtl’s presenters and avatars are invented people. Use them to present your product, never to speak as a customer, give a testimonial or claim results they had. Fraqtl refuses lines that do.
• Don’t describe an avatar so that it looks like a real person.

No misleading claims

Every claim in an ad must be true and something you can back up. Take particular care with health claims (what a product cures, treats or prevents, or weight loss), financial claims (returns, earnings, credit) and before-and-after pictures.

Nothing you don’t have the rights to

Only make ads for products you sell or are allowed to promote. Don’t use logos, characters, music, footage, brand names or trademarks you have no right to use.

Nothing unlawful or harmful

• No ads for illegal products or services, weapons, or drugs.
• No sexual content, and nothing that sexualises children, ever.
• No hate, harassment, threats or violence against anyone.
• Nothing meant to deceive people about an election or a public health matter.

Don’t misuse Fraqtl itself

• Don’t try to get around limits, spending caps or the checks on sign-up, or make extra accounts to get free credit again.
• Don’t use Fraqtl to reach systems or pages you are not allowed to reach, or to overload anyone’s site.
• Don’t resell access to Fraqtl without our written agreement.

What happens if these rules are broken?

We may refuse a request, remove an ad, or suspend or close an account, and we report illegal content where the law requires. If you see Fraqtl being misused, tell us at support@fraqtl.com. To report an ad that uses your copyright or trademark, write to legal@fraqtl.com.
