Who is responsible for your data?
Fraqtl Systems LLC, [Address], is the controller of the personal data described here. Write to privacy@fraqtl.com about anything on this page.
What do we keep?
- Your account: your email address, your name if your sign-in gives one, how and when you signed in, and the organisations you belong to.
- What you give Fraqtl to make ads: the links you paste and what Fraqtl reads from those pages, the photos and clips you upload, notes, and what you say to the agent.
- What Fraqtl makes: brands and their strategies, avatars, storyboards, stills, voice, music, video and the files you export.
- Billing: your plan, payments and credit. Stripe holds your card; we never see its number.
- Ad accounts you connect: if you connect a Meta or TikTok ad account, the access it grants Fraqtl, kept encrypted, and the files you send to it.
- How far you have got: the invitation code you used, and the steps of getting started you have reached, such as building a brand or downloading a first ad, so we can see where people get stuck. It is our own record, kept with your account; no tracker collects it.
- A record of spending: who approved or stopped work that costs credit, for the people who share an account.
- Server logs: requests to our servers, with the address they came from, kept for [retention period] to keep Fraqtl secure.
Why do we keep it?
To provide Fraqtl to you, as our agreement with you requires; to take payment and keep the records the law requires; and to keep Fraqtl secure and stop abuse, which is our legitimate interest. We email you about your account and your ads. We don’t send marketing email.
Who else sees it?
Only the companies that help us run Fraqtl, listed on Subprocessors, and only what each needs. The model providers that draw your ad receive the inputs for it, such as your product photos and the scene descriptions. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with advertisers.
Do you train AI models on my data?
No. We don’t use what you upload or the ads you make to train models.
Where is it kept, and for how long?
Your data is stored in [region] and may be processed by our subprocessors in other countries, under [transfer safeguards]. We keep your account and ads until you delete them or close your account, billing records for as long as tax law requires ([N] years), and server logs for [retention period].
What can you ask of us?
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to how we use it. Write to privacy@fraqtl.com and we will answer within a month. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
Fraqtl uses one cookie: the sign-in session cookie, which keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary, so there is no cookie banner. The app also keeps your sign-in in your browser’s storage, for the same reason. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no trackers on these pages.
Stripe’s checkout and billing pages, and Google’s sign-in page, belong to them and set their own cookies.
Children
Fraqtl is not for anyone under 18.
