Who owns my ads?

You own what you upload. Between you and us, you also own the ads Fraqtl makes for you, to the extent the law allows, and we give you any rights we have in them. In some countries work made by a machine has no copyright at all, so others may be free to copy parts of it.

Could my ad look like someone else’s?

It could. The models that draw the ads also draw for other people, and may make similar pictures, music or video from similar requests. Fraqtl cannot promise an ad is unique, so check it for anything that looks like someone else’s work or mark before you publish.

Do you train models on what I upload?

No. We don’t train models on your pages, photos, notes or ads. To make an ad, the model providers receive what they need for it, such as your product photos and the descriptions of each scene; they are listed on Subprocessors.

Whose voice and face is it?

The voices are synthetic voices offered by the model providers. Fraqtl does not clone anyone’s voice. Presenters and avatars are invented people drawn by AI models, not copies of anyone; the acceptable use policy forbids making one look like a real person.

Your ads are AI-made: say so where it is asked

Every ad Fraqtl makes is generated by AI. Laws such as the EU AI Act, and platforms such as TikTok, YouTube and Meta, ask that content like this be labelled when it is published. Use the platform’s AI label where it has one. We plan to add content credentials (C2PA) to exported files, so the label travels with the file.

Check before you publish

Fraqtl compares every scene it makes with your real product and redoes the ones that don’t match, and reads the finished ad against your brand rules, but no check is perfect. Look at the whole ad, and make sure every claim in it is true.
