Who are we?
Fraqtl is run by Fraqtl Systems LLC, [Address] (“we”, “us”). These terms are between us and you, or the organisation you use Fraqtl for. If you use Fraqtl for an organisation, you confirm you may agree to them on its behalf.
What does Fraqtl do?
Fraqtl builds a brand from your product page or photos, and makes video and image ads from it. It uses AI models from other companies to write, and to make the pictures, the presenters, the voices, the music and the video. AI models make mistakes, so look at every ad before you publish it.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older, and give an email address that is yours.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- One free first ad per person. Making extra accounts to get it again is not allowed.
- In an organisation, its owners decide who is a member and what members may spend.
Paying
Plans are paid monthly in advance through Stripe, and top-ups when you buy them. Prices are on the pricing page, plus any tax that applies. How credit is spent, when it ends and when it comes back is on Credits and refunds.
What you give us
You keep everything you upload or link to. You let us store it, process it and send it to the model providers that make your ad, only so that we can make and keep your ads. You confirm you have the right to use what you give us, including product photos, logos and brand names.
What Fraqtl makes for you
Who owns the ads, and what to keep in mind when you publish them, is on AI content. You are responsible for how you use your ads: that their claims are true, and that they follow the law and the rules of the places you publish them.
What you may not do
Follow the acceptable use policy. If you don’t, we may refuse a request, remove an ad, or suspend your account, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us.
When things go wrong
We work to keep Fraqtl running and your ads safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Ending
You can stop using Fraqtl at any time and cancel your plan from Billing. To close your account and delete your ads, write to support@fraqtl.com. We may end these terms if you break them seriously or repeatedly.
Changes to these terms
We will email you at least 30 days before a change that matters takes effect. If you keep using Fraqtl after that, the new terms apply.
Which law applies?
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes go to the state and federal courts in California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to your own.
